This is not the time for setting new goals or forcing action. Instead, this is a time for surrender—allowing what needs to fall away to do so naturally, creating space for fresh beginnings in the next lunar cycle.

A Simple Waning Moon Release Ritual
If you feel emotionally or energetically cluttered, this ritual will help you reset before the New Moon:
1. Write a Release List
Take out your journal and write down:
🔸 Habits that are draining your energy.
🔸 Thoughts that keep repeating but no longer serve you.
🔸 Situations or commitments that feel out of alignment.
2. Pull a Card for Guidance
Use my Moon Manifesting Cards or Crystal Oracle Cards to gain insight into what needs to be released.
🔮 Ask: What am I still holding onto that I need to let go of before the New Moon?
If you pull a card, reflect on how its message applies to you.
3. Perform a Release Ritual
Safely burn the paper (in a fire-safe dish) or rip it into tiny pieces and bury it in the earth. As you do this, say aloud:
“I release what no longer serves me. I clear space for new beginnings.”
